Fountain Head Park MTB trail - I was turned on to this trail by the local bike shop. Its a well marked trail that rides fast and fun. It reminded me of a little baby roller coaster. There are plenty of changes in elevation but no climb or descent worth mentioning. The trail is mostly single track with some spots being a little bit rooty. The length of the trail is about 5 miles. If you do multiple loops, you can time your splits.
