Looking for Road Bike Buddy (Concord/Walnut Creek)
I’m a 39-year old male getting back into cycling and looking for intermediate riding partners who ENJOY cycling to keep fit. I’m not a hammerfester, but not a couch slouch either. I enjoy cycling with others in a supportive, non-competitive way. Male or female is fine, as long as you're serious (not flakey) about getting together to ride. I usually don't ride when it's raining.
My current ride is from Ygnacio Valley/Clayton (Concord) to Mt. Diablo’s North Gate (Walnut Creek) and back, about a 15-mile loop. I’d like to learn about and try other rides too.
I can ride on Sundays after 4 PM and most weekdays before 7 AM. Some weekends I will have more available time.
