Handlebar
what are the advantages/disadvantages btwn flat handlebars and riser handlebars? My bike has a mid-riser and I was looking at flat handlebars.

It's all about comfort. There are no distinctive advantages or disadvantages. Whatever works for you

Many flat bars are quite narrow. That's the only downside I can think of for the flat ones.
