Bought my first road bike there (Motobecane w/ Full Ultegra) and had no complaints. Good price (around 1100.00 three years ago), good service (they shipped promptly and let me send back a stem that was too long for me. A new one arrived in the mail a few days later). Make sure you are measured or know your size, tho. I've since upgraded to a Lemond Buenos Aires/Zurich and found that my Motobecane never really fit me correctly. Otherwise, a good web buying experience.
