Sam Houston Jones St Park is off 171 N of Lake Charles. Follow the signs to the park. It's in the Moss Bluff Area.

fair condition - Flat trail through the state park. They are trying to put in a public golf course on this land so use it while you can. I think it's about 10 miles one way. You may see deer and other critters on your trip. Hot and buggy in the summer, but fun. Share the trail with hikers.
