CO Trail - Junction Creek/Dry Fork Loop - Durango

North from Downtown Durango on 550. Take a right on 25th Street. 25th becomes Junction Creek Rd. Follow this about 4 miles to the Junction Creek Trailhead, which is also the southern terminus of the Colorado Trail.

  3. Dry Fork - Hoffeins Loop - Fairly heavily used trail, but still a great little ride. This ride is a 'lollipop', so you can choose to turn left at Hoffein's or continue to the right and climb back up Hoffein's. This trail has only a few little technical sections. Climbing is pretty gradual up to 'Gudy's Rest' from Junction Creek.
