Womble Trail - Mt Ida

Get a map of arkansas with St parks on it. 37 mile trail. Awesome trail. Start at rocky shoals float camp. Park one car there and another at the trail South of Lake or River Ouachita. The Lake Ouachita entrance has a bike/hike sign off the road. You go down a dirt road and park at the end of the trail there for pickup. Start at Rocky Shoals and you will go for 15ish miles.

1. Womble - Great trail. Huge changes in Elevation. Do not start south of Lake Ouachita as you will be doing some straight uphill that will never end and will kick your butt.

   I think they do mt bike races on this trail certain times of the year.
