I-65 s hwy 119 exit (pelham) follow signs to park. Once you have payed $1.50 and are in the park proceed to the right turn that goes to the beach (can't remember the name, sorry) go past the bmx track and park in the big parking lot on the right. The trailhead is out of this parking lot just past the message board. Just past the message board there is a paved road that goes up to a swingset and see saws or something like that. The trail starts to your right--there is a water station @ the trailhead. I hope that's not too confusing.

There are many diverse sections to this trail including singletrack switchbacks, doubletrack, fire road downhill, big air water crosses, rock gardens,& roller coaster singletrack. There are names to all of these sections such as,Mr. Toad's wild ride, Blood rock (so true), & others that I have forgotten. The trail drains really well, even after a heavy rain the trail can be ridden the day after. Park permitting.
